What does the NewzlwayLimited use this data for?

The data is used by the NewzlwayLimited in the context of the management and maintenance of the exchange system. The NewzlwayLimited also uses the data for statistical and scientific research, for example in the context of the presentation of the quarterly figures on the housing market in the Netherlands.

Access to data

NewzlwayLimited brokers have access to the national exchange system in the context of their services, including the purchase and sale of homes and the performance of appraisals and valuations. NewzlwayLimited employees have access to the system in the context of their daily activities. The NewzlwayLimited provides certain data from the national exchange system to selected third parties, including:

  • - appraisers, for making appraisals and other valuations
  • - validation institutes, for checking valuation reports

Security and retention period

Your NewzlwayLimited broker and the NewzlwayLimited will ensure that your data is adequately protected so that your data is protected against unauthorized use, unauthorized access, alteration and unlawful destruction.
